Shipping

Orders with stock available in the warehouse are shipped from Monday to Friday. 

For all orders placed before 11:59 p.m., we aim to dispatch your item on the following working day (Monday through Friday).

**Please note: during busy periods, dispatch of your order can take up to 7 working days. We apologise for any inconvenience.**

We currently use three different shipping methods:

• Royal Mail
• DPD
• Evri

If your order is over £60.00 value (after any promo codes or discounts have been taken off), you will receive FREE Standard delivery! All standard deliveries are sent and tracked via Royal Mail.

If you require goods for a specific date, please get in touch with us at info@cutiepiecats.co.uk, and we will do our best to arrange this for you (we will do our best to accommodate any bespoke requests).
